    Clean uncured adhesive with rubbing alcohol, mineral spirits, acetone or a dry cloth. Cured material may be removed with mineral spirits or by cutting or scraping.

    How long does E6000 plus glue take to dry? 
    Allow 24 hours for full cure. Depending on substrates and temperature, maximum bond strength may not be reached for up 72 hours

    Can the cure time be sped up?
    Yes, for quick emergency repairs, lightly mist the substrate with moisture prior to applying adhesive. Application on damp and wet surfaces may slightly affect adhesion.

    What temperature is best to apply E6000 PLUS?
    The ideal application temperature range is 10 to 32 ºC (50 to 90 ºF). Once fully cured, the adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40 to 93 ºC (-40 to 200 ºF) intermittently.

    Is E6000 Glue waterproof, UV resistant and washer/dryer safe?
    Yes.

    Can E6000 PLUS be painted over once cured?
    Yes. Paint-able on most brands/types of water-based paints. Test small area before use.

    What is the best way to prolong the life of the unused product in the tube?
    After use, remove air in the tube by squeezing the product slightly past the end of the opening, then tightly recap. The dried product can easily be removed.

    What is the best way to clean-up E6000 PLUS?

    Can E6000 PLUS be sanded?
    Yes, E6000 PLUS sands easily. The cured adhesive sands off at different rates depending on the grit of sandpaper. Carefully cut away as much cured excess as possible. Use the coarsest grit (example 60 or 80) sandpaper to eliminate the excess. Then, a finer grit (example over 200) sandpaper for finish work.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE USE

    Follow these step-by-step directions when using E6000 Glue:

    Read directions and test a small area for adhesion before use. Surface should be clean, dry and free of dirt. For best adhesion on smooth, non-porous materials, lightly roughen surface before use. The ideal application temperature range is 10 to 32 ºC (50 to 90 ºF). Once fully cured, the adhesive can withstand temperatures from -40 to 93 ºC (-40 to 200 ºF) intermittently.

    1. Puncture seal in neck of tube of E6000 clear glue using pointer cap.
    2. Apply directly to surfaces to be bonded or repaired. NOTE: For non-porous surfaces, apply adhesive, mate surfaces together, pull apart for 5 minutes, then re-mate surfaces permanently.
    3. To close the tube properly, remove air in the tube by squeezing product slightly past end of the opening, then tightly recap. Dried product can easily be removed.
    4. Allow 24 hours for full cure. Depending on substrates and temperature, maximum bond strength may not be reached for up 72 hours.
    5. Clean uncured adhesive with rubbing alcohol, mineral spirits, acetone or a dry cloth. Cured E6000 glue material may be removed with mineral spirits or by cutting or scraping.
    6. Not recommended for use on clear/ iridescent/ mirrored acrylic, vinyl, foam, polyethylene and polypropylene.
    7. Store in a cool, dry place.

    Yes, we can ship all over the world, please contact us for a quote for shipping outside of the UK as prices will be based on the weight of your order.

    How much does delivery cost?
    Shipping is charged by size and weight, price options will be calculated at check out. 

    UK shipping starts from just £5.35 for small parcels.

    If you are purchasing internationally please contact us for a quote as international shipping will vary.

    If you would like to arrange your own courier or collect yourself, please select 'collection' at check out and we will email you the weight and dimensions of your parcel after it is packed up so you may arrange that.

    International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes when your order arrives. This is the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to advise on this so please get in touch with your accountant or the correct government department in your cointry for more information if required.


    How long will my order take to arrive?
    This will depend on the items ordered and availability of the laser cutter. Please allow time for personalised work to be completed on top of delivery times, if you are on a deadline, please let us know as we can usually accommodate rush orders.

    Generally speaking custom UV printing or laser cutting orders ship within 5-7 working days, and non-customised orders (eg sheet materials) ship the same or next business day. However these estimates can be extended during busy times, or for larger or more complex orders. If you have a strict deadline please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate, we can often manage a same or next day rush service if required.
